Product Description
7.1. Raw materials storage
All the material was considered to be transported into factory by truck. Among them, quartz powder, cement slaked lime powder are into factory by tank truck and then pump into different storage silo. The other raw materials are store in the storehouse, after entering factory.

7.2. Fiber treatment
The fiber in the bag will move into another special bag through feeding machine after removing the original package, to store, measure and feed. The all kinds of the fibers after measuring by automatic scale will be sent into vertical slurring machine for completely loosing for some time, and add aedelforsite, sanding dust and other mixing material in it for sufficiently loosing and mixing.

7.3. Pulp treatment.
To add pulped paper into vertical smashing machine in high concentration, and add ration water for releasing in batch type. The every batch needs 40-60mins. The smashed pulp is pumped into first storage pool. After adding water to dilute to lower concentration, feeding them into second double disc grinding machine for further grinding and releasing to increasing the pulping degree. The grinded again the pulp will be pumped into second storage pool. In case the treated the pulp quality can not meet the requirement of production process, it must be grinded further, then pumped into third storage pool and read to be used. For easy to measure the concentration of pulp treated, it's necessary to fix the pulp concentration, so that the operator can measure the pulp quantity by volume.

7.4. Slurry preparing section
To pump the loosened mixer slurry of fiber into slurry machine, and add ration pulp according to the measuring. Then the slaking lime powder, quartz powder, cement etc. Powdery material are fed in it from their silo by screw conveyer, after being measured by electronic scale. The all powdery materials are fed and mixed with mix with mixer slurry of the pulp and fiber in the slurry machine sufficiently to be prepared slurry in some concentration and pumped into hopper pool.

7.5. Storing slurry and pre-mixing
The slurry in the storage pool are fed into single disc grinding machine by average ration for uniform grinding to make the fiber further loose and mixing. The above ground slurry will be fed into pre-mixing tank with scale & concentration meter to check and adjust the concentration by manual. The stable slurry concentration can ensure stabilization forming board and easy to adjusting the thickness of board.

7.6. Board forming, green board accepting & stacking
Stable and easy to be controlled. The material slurry is average kept on the moving industrial blanketry after being filtered by screen cage. After removing the water by vacuum, the forming drum of boarding machinery Materials consumption of board forming by extracting process is low. The producing is y will continually reel the thin material layer on the forming drum from blanketry until to rated thickness which will be controlled by automatic system, and cut by knife on the drum. The receiver will spend the green board, and finshed move to the stacking machine for stacking.

7.7. Pre-curing and mould removing
It should have a period time of pre-curing after the wet blank is stacked to make sure the blank reach the former strength, it is good for mechinery mould removing and stacking. There is a pre-cuing kiln for the pre-curing, the temperature remain 50-70, it can leave the kiln after 4h-6h. There are cooling tube on the pre-curing wall, it depend on stream to provide heat.
