2.1 On-the-shelf equipment
Maintenance workshop need 1000 square meters ,which are ventilated in summer, and insulated in winter.
2.2 off-the-shelf equipment
2.2.1 conveying out board and templates from bracket.
2.2.2 separation area, separated board with templated , board complete stacking by labor,and template delivery into cleaning area. (need some flat cars)
2.3 auxiliary equipment
One boiler: choose big air blower,so that hot air get through maintenance workshop by pipe, make maintenance workshop reaches constant temperature, humidity. Temperature keep in 35-45 degrees , humidity is not less than 100%. Need air flow.
2.3.2 Clearing mold area:Two groups of four workers in charge of clear template, and send cleared template into the molding line equipment.

3.1 cutting equipment: 1 set of cutting machine . Dust catcher and air blower.
3.2 Selecting board: selecting and packing board by labor..
3.3 packing ( counting and packing stacking board, this work need 4 person who will be divided into 2 groups).
Need 4 pcs bubble board pools : 3 meters * 3 meters
Need 1000 square meters bleachery ,which include drying rack (2.28 meters * 6 meters * 0.7 meters so that it can dry 50 pieces of board).
Magnesium board production quantity is based on the number of template.The equipment is the same.

4. Machine Advantage
1. The source of the production raw materials is widely with no regional restriction. The product is made of sawdust, straw (rice hulls), many kinds of crop straw and inorganic material (such as talcum powder, infusorial earth and powder coal ash) after special technology.
